Freedom of speech means you can say whatever you want. What you can’t do is lie, and then expect not to be held accountable for it.

Not all opinions are equal, and some things happen just like we say they do.

Slavery happened.

The Black Death happened.

The Earth is round.

The ice caps are melting and Elvis is not alive.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinions or beliefs, no matter how far from the Truth. But if you expect others to believe a falsehood, then you should also expect those who believe the Truth to also stand for their beliefs.

It is not a hate crime to stand for the Truth.

Speak your mind, and be prepared to defend if it needed. This takes courage.

A coward goes along with the crowd, follows orders when they are immoral, unjust or founded on a lie.
