Beyond the paths of time and space
We travel with His Grace
And should a child loose herself
This verse – a Truth – does tell
He walks beside us through the day
Lest our Hearts or Minds do stray
And keeps us on the narrow way
Homeward bound – no other way
When there’s a fallen child – We lift them up
Where Hunger or Thirst Prevail – We give a cup
When found Tired or Weary – We give a rest
These are how – We serve Him best
To honor each other
As sister or brother
To show a heart of love and care
Then – in our midst – He is there
He walks with me – and walks with You
And together we’ll see each through
The trials that this life and journey bring
Are not worth anything
Compared to riches and glories found
High above this barren ground
To be a child of the King
Means more than anything
So take this verse and take my hand
We’ll travel together to the promised land
On wings of angels and the prayers
Of sisters and brothers – everywhere
